Return/Refund Policy

 

We offer a "no-hassle" return/refund for 30 days from the date of purchase on our website. If it’s been 30 days since your original purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return/refund, your nofliesonus.com lids must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. The only thing we ask is that you let us know what made you return the product. Because customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, the feedback helps us get better. Please email us at info@nofliesonus.com.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be the packing slip that accompanied your order or a screenshot of your credit card statement showing the purchase from nofliesonus.com with the actual numbers blacked out.

The cost of the return postage or courier is the responsibility of the person returning the goods and must be pre-paid in full. COD returns will not be accepted.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you’re approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this is determined by your own banking institution and not by nofliesonus.com).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. It can take a minimum of 5-10 business days for your credit card company to issue the refund. If you have not received it after more than 10 business days, contact your credit card company directly, to ensure it's in the process as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nofliesonus.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items can’t be refunded and are Final Sale. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@nofliesonus.com and send your item with return postage or courier prepaid to:

You're responsible for paying for the postage and/or shipping or courier costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus taxes will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary particularly as delivery companies are currently not providing guarantees on any "service" chosen (Ground, Air etc.).

 

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. If the return is not tracked, we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned nofliesonus.com lids and therefore cannot automatically issue a refund.
